***ALL ORDERS CARRY A SAMPLE FEE (CAP PRICE + BRANDING PRICE) – this is used for production, the customer gets an emailed picture of the sample for approval before we go into production.  The customer will then get sent the sealed sample so they can keep it and on repeat orders they can send the cap back to us to use.


  • 1 to 14units
    • R200 set up fee on the 1st position
    • R150 set up fee on the 2nd position
    • R100 set up fee on every position thereafter
    • R100 set up fee for thread colour change per colour, excluding colours: black, white, navy, red, royal & yellow
  • 15 to 49units
    • R100 set up fee on the 1st position
    • R50 set up fee on the 2nd position
    • R50 set up fee on every position thereafter
    • R50 set up fee for thread colour change per colour, excluding colours: black, white, navy, red, royal & yellow



  • 1 to 14units
    • R120 set up fee on the 1st position
    • R50 set up fee on the 2nd position
    • R50 set up fee on every position thereafter

*** ABOVE 14 UNITS, THE SET UP IS FREE! (provided the logo colour isn’t changing & the logo design remains the same on the total order quantity).


  • R250 surchage applies for 1-13 units
  • Positives for motif or placement per colour is R75.00
  • Screens for motif or placement colour is R75.00
  • Maximum colours for screen-print : 2 colours only


  • R150 surchage applies for 1-1000 units (Repeat orders = R50)
  • Design / colour change additional charge: 1-500 units R50 per colour/design
  • Additional setup costs apply for individual names, this can be costed two ways:
    • Individual name, 1 placement = R10 per name/unit
    • individual name, step & repeat = R150 per name

  • Pricing
    • All branding prices are valid for 1 month. All stock prices are valid for 7 days from quoting.
    • Prices for blank stock do not include transport direct to customer, all orders to be collected at the respective branches within 72hrs of the branch receiving the stock. Alternatively, should you require direct delivery for blank stock, please advise on order confirmation to receive a quote accordingly.
    • Orders not collected within 72hrs will be cancelled and returned to stock as well as a 12% handling fee levied.
    • Quotes are based on estimated prices; a more accurate price will be confirmed once a sample is made up.
    • Heat transfer prices excluding weeding.
    • If we have received an official order and must move the stock between branches, there will be a 12% surcharge if the order is cancelled after moving the stock.
    • Should sampling be done and the customer decides to cancel the order, or an order is below 50 units, there will be a Digitizing charge of R150 per logo.
    • Please note if you do not place the order and we make up a sample, we will still invoice you the sample setup fee of R350.
  • Artwork
    • Artwork completed within 24 hours from quote approval, provided the logos are supplied to us in the correct format
    • All pantone colours, logos etc. must be provided by the customer. Artwork should be supplied in Vector / AI or high-resolution PDF formats.
    • Sampling starts only when the artwork is approved.
    • Any artwork to be re-drawn will be charged @ R250 per hour.
    • Artwork and sampling will only commence on quote approval (click on approval tab below the quote).
    • Once artwork is approved, a sample will be made as per the approved artwork. Should the customer make changes thereafter an additional fee will be charged for each change made.
  • Sampling Lead Times
    • Bulk of 1 to 50units, sample ready in 48 to 72 hours from artwork approval.
    • Bulk of 51units or more, sample ready in 24 to 48 hours from artwork approval.
  • Bulk Production
    • Please note we can only reserve stock for 48 hours.
    • Production will only commence once a sample is approved in writing.
    • Production lead times will be specified once the job has been planned and sample approved.
    • Reject rate: We allow for a 1% reject rate on all orders.
  • Payment
    • 100% payment required, prior to starting a branded order for all COD customers.
    • Please allow for final payments to reflect in our account before goods are collected
    • Goods remain the property of Headwear24 (Pty) Ltd until paid in full.  Goods must be examined on receipt.  No claims in respect of shortages, damages or apparent defect in the goods will be considered unless full details of such have been given in writing within 48hrs of receipt. 
    • No claims will be considered if goods have already been branded!
