I agree.
I confirm that it is my or my business intention to resell the goods purchased from Headwear24 (Pty) Ltd . I am aware that the price offered is for the B2B market at a wholesale price.

These goods will be resold at a commercially acceptable profit to my customer/s.

Goods which are bought from Headwear24 will be sold on and, at no stage, be issued as free promotional products to the public unless it is done through the end user, which is my customer.

It is my intention to continue working with Headwear24 to supply my clients in the promotional/retail industry.

My terms of payment to Headwear24 will be strictly cash and all goods will be paid for in full prior to the goods being released from the premises of Headwear24.

If either I or my representative request a branded order, the order will be paid for in full prior to any embellishment of the product taking place.
