1) WHAT FILE FORMAT DO YOU NEED FOR ARTWORK?

Artwork should be supplied as PNG, JPEG, SVG, PNG and PDF ALL need to be HIGH RESOLUTION.

All Pantone colours and logos must be provided by the customer.

2) WHAT ARE YOUR LEADTIMES?

Lead times vary by service, such as: Customise to Order (1-5 days), On-Demand (10-12 days), Made to Order Local (21-30 days), and Made to Order Import (3 months).

3) ARE YOU WHOLESALE SUPPLIERS?

Yes, we primarily operate through a reseller and wholesale network, our branding prices are tiered meaning the more you buy the lower the cost of the branding.

4) DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?

Yes, we offer delivery direct to you and we also offer Click and Collect from any POSTNET in the country for R70. You can also select Pickup from any of our four Branches.

5) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Contact weborders@twentyfour.store for order updates or login onto the website and navigate to “My Account” and view your orders.

6) DO YOU HAVE HARD COPIES OF YOUR NEW CATALOGUES?

The website provides digital catalogues, but should you like a printed copy, contact your sales rep to inquire about our printed copies.

7) WHERE CAN WE PURCHASE YOUR CAPS?

Through authorised resellers or our website.

8) WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES FOR BRANDED HEADWEAR?

Branding options range from Fast Track Branding (1-5 days), Quick Turn Branding (4-7 days), Steady Pace Branding (4-10 days), and Imported Branding (21 days).

9) WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

There is no minimum order quantity on Stock caps with embroidery or DTF.

10) HOW DO I BECOME A RESELLER?

Register through our reseller application process on our website.

A form is available when registering or logging in, just select “New to 24” and click “yes” to “Are you a Reseller selling for a Commercial Profit?” then fill out the form.

11) CAN I ORDER SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING BULK?

Yes. Our pricing and production policy includes a sample process before bulk production begins.

Customers receive a sample for approval before production.

12) CAN I REPEAT A PREVIOUS ORDER WITHOUT RESENDING ARTWORK?

Yes, we retain artwork for repeat orders. The customer can request the sample or we will keep it to use for repeat orders.

13) WHAT TYPES OF BRANDING DO YOU OFFER?

The Most common form of Branding is Embroidery, which is what we offer Flat and Puff/3D embroidery, we have also innovated with our new 3D UV PU Print. We have an array of patches and badges available, starting with an MOQ of 50, with imported options having an MOQ of 300. Our On-Demand Program has no MOQ and we offer fully customised styles.

14) CAN YOU HELP DESIGN MY ARTWORK OR DO I NEED TO SUPPLY IT MYSELF?

You may supply artwork, or our designers can redraw artwork if needed.

Artwork redraws are charged at R250 per hour
